South Africa Zola Budd

FILE : In this July 31, 1992, file photo track veteran Zola Budd, center, runs during the first heat of the women's 3,000m event. at the Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona. Budd has pulled out of Sunday's Comrades Marathon after suffering flu-like symptons. Budd, a South African native, represented the UK at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles to avoid an IAAF ban on South Africa for its apartheid laws. She is remembered for inadvertently tripping American runner Mary Decker in the 3,000m final, in which both women were considered favorites. (AP Photo/Rusty Kennedy-file)
