    Stephen Harper speech interrupted by multiple protesters

    Stephen Harper was interrupted by several protesters at a rally in Surrey, B.C. Thursday. A man was quickly taken away after he ran towards the Conservative leader, and another protester stood up with a sign reading "Climate Justice."
