There is a seasonality to the virus that causes COVID-19, says B.C.'s top doctor

Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says B.C. seemed to be holding its own until it saw a massive number of COVID-19 cases with a lot of people infected in the community. Henry says people can't do the things they did in the summer and officials are changing guidelines as they learn more about how the virus behaves.
