Tories press Liberals on choice of FedEx to move Moderna vaccine

Conservative MP Stephanie Kusie asks in question period why the federal government picked U.S.-based FedEx to transport one of the country's two COVID-19 vaccines when Canadian airlines could have used the business. Procurement Minister Anita Anand says it's specialized work and a "limited" competition concluded FedEx was best able to do it, with the help of a Canadian partner.
