    Toronto cardinal: Nationality not an issue

    A Quebec cardinal is being touted as the frontrunner to replace Pope Benedict who is resigning at the end of the month. Thomas Cardinal Collins from Toronto says nationality won't play a large part in deciding on a new pope.
