Trudeau and Freeland outline retaliation for U.S. tariffs

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says in response to “punitive” U.S. tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum, Canada has no choice but to retaliate. The government says it is slapping tariffs on up to $16.6 billion in U.S. imports.
