Trudeau calls for common ground on climate and business

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called for input Monday on a plan for Canada to become carbon neutral by 2050. Speaking at a major mining conference in Toronto, he said a plan for climate was needed as part of efforts to find common ground on business and the environment.
