    Unattended trains not against the rules: Transport Canada

    Transport Canada says Montreal, Maine & Atlantic, owner of the train that derailed in Lac-Megantic, Quebec, has had the same monitoring as other rail companies. Officials say there no rules against leaving a train unattended.
