Visit to anti-racism rally important despite health concerns: PM

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Monday that he joined an anti-racism protest in Ottawa last week despite the health risks from COVID-19 because the cause is important and he didn't want to just watch it from his office window. Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer said the prime minister's decision undermined months of messages from public health officials about staying away from crowds.
