Russia US Spying Glance

FILE - In this Oct. 17, 1995 file photo, former dissident Alexander Ginzburg, 59, right, holds a folder, containing selected documents from Ginzburg's KGB files given to him by Federal Security Service (FSB) archive's head Vladimir Vinogradov, in Moscow. On April 27, 1979, five political and religious dissidents were released from Soviet prisons and flown to New York in exchange for two Russians convicted of spying in the United States. The dissident group included Ginzburg. The two spies were Valdik A. Enger and Rudolf P. Chernyayev. Historian of the Memorial human rights group, Alexander Daniel, sits in center.
