Obit Hoover

FILE - In this January 1955 file photo, Army Cpl. Dick Hoover watches his shot as he practices for the a bowling tournament in Chicago. Hoover, one of the original members of the Professional Bowlers Association, died Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009, in Akron, Ohio. He was 79.
