TYLENOL LETTER
Shown November 27, 1982 is copy of a letters sent to the Chicago Tribune from "Robert Richardson," identified by investigators as an alias for James Lewis being sought on an extortion charge in connection with the Tylenol poisonings. The letter, received by the Tribune Friday, asserted he is innocent and attacked Illinois Attorney General Tyrone Fahner. It was the second letter the Tribune has received from "Richardson."
