Cuba Secret Hip Hop

FILE- In this Aug. 6, 2010, file photo, people enjoy the ocean during the 12th annual Rotilla Festival in Jibacoa, Cuba. According to documents obtained by The Associated Press, a U.S. agency secretly infiltrated Cuba’s underground hip-hop movement, recruiting unwitting rappers to spark a youth movement against the government. The Rotilla Festival had independent roots, but Serbian contractor Rajko Bozic, who at first ran the hip-hop operation, and Serbia’s EXIT Festival, had been backing the Rotilla festival since 2006, a period during which it grew enormously.
