Yugoslavia Mladic Dutch Batttalion

FILE - A Sunday July 16, 1995 photo from files showing released Dutch UN peacekeepers playing the popular board game "Risk" at Belgrade airport as they wait to be transported by a special UN flight to Zagreb. Fifty four Dutch peacekeepers, seized by Bosnian Serbs as they overran the UN declared safe haven of Srebrenica this week were bused out of Bosnia enroute to UN headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia. Witnesses to slaughter, Dutch troops assigned to protect the Muslims of Srebrenica say they find little relief from the trauma and shame 16 years later, even after the arrest Thursday May 26, 2011of Ratko Mladic, the Bosnian Serb general who overran their unit. Nowhere outside the Balkans did the 1995 Srebrenica massacre have such a profound effect as it did in the Netherlands, which sent ill-prepared troops in blue U.N. helmets into the Bosnian morass.
