The July 2015 settlement between Hendrix's adopted sister, Janie Hendrix, and his brother, Leon Hendrix, was announced this week. Experience Hendrix, L.L.C., which owns the rights to the Hendrix estate and is controlled by Janie Hendrix, settled out of court with HendrixLicensing.com, which is operated by Leon Hendrix.
