Heavy dump trucks move earth as construction continues to twin a stretch of Highway 101 outside Windsor, N.S. on March 6, 2009. The Federal government and the Province of Nova Scotia announced today a $17.5 million infrastructure project to construct new passing lanes along Highway 101 between Coldbrook and Kingston. The announcement was made by Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Nova Scotia Premier Rodney MacDonald during a visit to Berwick, N.S. THE CANADIAN PRESS/Mike Dembeck
