FILE In this file photo taken in Feb. 18, 1992, workers of the Radon scientific enterprise are ready to bury a container of nuclear waste in a nuclear dump near Sergiyev Posad, the former Zagorsk, some 70 miles north-east of Moscow on February 18, 1993. This nuclear waste tomb is also home to Taryn Simon’s cube storage container. After 1,000 years underground, the nuclear material will form into a solid black cube and be placed into a display at Garage. While the nuclear waste is typically stored in cylinders, Simon collaborated with Rosatom to create a cube storage container. (AP Photo/ Alexander Zemlianichenko)
