** CORRECTS RELEASE DATE ** HOLD FOR RELEASE UNTIL 7 AM EDT TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2009 - FILE ** In this Dec. 9, 1992, file photo a member of the U.S. military special forces arrives on the beach of Mogadishu's main airport under the blare of the media in the early morning hours. A detailed report of the subsequent Battle of Mogadishu in Oct. 1993, better known as "Black Hawk Down," was completed in June 1994 and based on accounts from commandos who were there. In August 2007, the U.S. Special Operations Command rejected the Associated Press request for the document, which it said was "properly and currently classified." The AP appealed. In Feb. 2009 the Pentagon released a copy with all but nine of the 73 pages obscured. (AP Photo/Roberto Borea, File)
