(WPX108)MORRIS, MAN., APRIL 29--DESERTED--A still flashing sign pokes out from a dike encircling the evacuated town of Morris, Manitoba, on Tuesday. The town is surrounded by flood waters from the Red River and is just 20 kilometres south of the flooded town of St. Agathe.
