(VCR101) VANCOUVER,Oct. 23--APEC hearings panel chair Gerald Morin denied allegations in Vancouver Friday, that he is biased and then adjourned the hearings until Nov. 16. The adjournment was prompted after and RCMP made a statement saying Morin had already decided the outcome of the inquiry.
