Canadian comic and MTV host Tom Green arrives at the Academy Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, Sunday, March 26, 2000. Earlier this year, he underwent surgery after being diagnosed with testicular cancer. But that didn't stop Green from making jokes. He even went for laughs when documenting his ordeal for a special show that is scheduled to run on MTV. Green said it was important for him to make light of his health troubles because ``I was under a lot of stress and I was depressed andI needed to focus on something.
