Jeniffer Plesha, manager of Spex On Clark is upset Tuesday, April 24, 2001 about graffiti outside her store in Chicago. IBM, the computer giant known as Big Blue has been caught red-handed spraying black paint on sidewalks on Chicago's North Side. IBM confirmed this week that stencils of peace symbols, hearts and smiling penguins were painted on sidewalks at about 100 locations as part of an advertising promotion for the company's Linux computer operating system. A smiling penguin is the Linux logo. (AP Photo/Sun-Times, Rich Hein)
