MI CRUISE SHIP GROUNDED

The MTS Arcadia cruise ship prepares to dock at Dieppe Park, Saturday, June 30, 2001, in Windsor, Ont. The ship, touted to be the first passenger ship in 35 years to sail a full season of cruises in the Great Lakes, now sits at the Windsor docks under orders from the U.S. Coast Guard. The problem: The 224-passenger ship failed four health inspections by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, making it only the second ship in 10 years to receive a no-sail order.
