DURAN RETIRES

Three-time world champion boxer Roberto Duran gets weighed in this Aug. 30, 1996 photo, in Panama City the day before he fights Ariel Cruz of Mexico. Duran is finally saying, ``No mas'' to boxing. The 50-year-old Duran told the newspaper El Panama America that he will retire because he's recuperating slowly from a car crash. ``I can't return to fight anymore because (recovery from the accident) is going to take a lot more time,'' Duran said.
