Bangladesh’s top court scales back government jobs quota after deadly unrest that killed scores

Bangladesh’s top court has scaled back a controversial quota system for government job applicants after it led to nationwide unrest and deadly clashes between police and protesters that have killed scores of people. Earlier in the week, police fired tear gas and rubber bullets to scatter stone-throwing protesters who filled the streets amid unrest in which over 100 were killed. (AP video by Al Emrun Garjon)
