FILE--The oil rig Rowan Gorilla III is towed into Halifax harbour by Secunda International vessels from the Cohasset oil field for a scheduled refit on Thursday, Sept.25, 1997. Secunda International Ltd.'s fleet of 14 harsh-weather vessels, known for supplying the oil rigs off Atlantic Canada, the North Sea and the Gulf of Mexico, will become the property of J.
