(CPT107--July 27)--TORNADO SURVIVOR--Charles Tumwesigye is still trapped in the deafening, black funnel cloud that 10 years ago plucked him and his friends off the highway and spat him out six kilometres away. Most nights, Tumwesigye, shown in Toronto last week with the medication he now takes, is wracked with nightmares of that surreal day ten years ago when the Edmonton tornado left people of the city - and his life - in shambles.
