BC-CRAFT-CLARK-TRIAL

Lawyer Dan Burnett, who represented some media outlets that asked for cameras to be allowed at the fraud trial of former B.C. Premier Glen Clark, makes his way to B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver Monday Sept. 24, 2001. The court ruled against allowing cameras, but said the media could record the proceedings for accuracy, but could not broadcast the audio recordings.
