Heavy rain expected as Tropical Storm Gordon nears

Director Ken Graham of the National Hurricane Center issued a blanket warning about Tropical Storm Gordon, stressing heavy rainfall amounts and flooding on the gulf coast. As much as 8 inches of rain could fall in some parts of the Gulf states. (Sept. 4)
