Canada sends $440M to global COVID-19 vaccine effort

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada is backing an international project to make and share vaccines for COVID-19 with a contribution of $440 million. Half of that is to support countries that couldn't afford to buy vaccines for themselves and half is to secure 15 million doses for Canada.
