A laundry-stealing cat in Auckland - dubbed 'Leonardo da Pinchy' - has become somewhat of a local celebrity in his hometown of Mairangi Bay. The 15-month old has gained a reputation for nabbing clothing from the homes of his neighbours, once stealing nine items in one day. His owner, Helen North, hopes he'll grow out of the habit, but for now, his antics continue to entertain his community.
