Dozens of First Nations leaders gathered on Parliament Hill today with a message for King Charles to honour the treaties agreed to between Indigenous Peoples and the Crown. Their message was delivered just before the King arrived in Ottawa for a brief visit to read the speech from the throne. (May 26, 2025)
