Two Halifax entrepreneurs are taking Lebanese food from a regional franchise to a national level. Tony and Peter Nahas say Mezza Lebanese Kitchen now has 24 outlets, including recent additions in Calgary and in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. This summer, outlets are planned in Ontario, as the brothers bring the chain's chicken shawarma to a wider market. (May 27, 2025)
