Ukraine president and Norway PM comment after talks on ceasefire suggestions

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday said Ukraine had initially proposed a ceasefire in the air and at sea, considering it a first step toward broader de-escalation. Speaking alongside Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in Oslo, he said that although he originally had sought a broader ceasefire, he was committed to working with the U.S. to stop arms being directed at power production and civilian facilities.
