Mexico’s Sheinbaum urges calm after Trump announces 30% tariffs

Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum reacted Saturday to a letter from U.S. President Donald Trump announcing new tariffs to be imposed on her country. Sheinbaum, who has sought to avoid directly criticizing Trump in the early going of her presidency, expressed confidence that the U.S. and Mexico will reach “better terms.”
