Audrey Rauch recalls her daughter Lisa Rauch as smart, funny and a wonderful musician. The 43-year-old died in 2019 after being hit in the head by plastic bullets fired into a smoky room by a Victoria police officer, who has now been suspended for seven days. (June 12, 2025)
