Manatee County school district superintendent says school principals working as shelter managers at their schools

Evacuees in Bradenton, Florida are receiving food from school staff among other agencies supporting the sheltering effort as Hurricane Milton approaches the state. Superintendent Jason Wysong who manages the Manatee County school district says schools will serve upwards of 10,000 people.
