Canada world jr. players' sex assault case back in court

Legal arguments have begun in a London, Ont. court in the sexual assault case of five members of Canada's 2018 world junior hockey team. Dillon Dube, Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, Cal Foote and Alex Formenton have been charged in an incident that allegedly took place in the city in June 2018. Dube, McLeod and Formenton attended in person. All five are expected to plead not guilty when the jury trial begins in April. (Nov. 25, 2024)
