A University of Calgary study is looking at whether bucking bulls and broncos would be happier and healthier if they had a shady place to rest before the show. Ed Pajor, professor in animal behaviour and welfare in the U-of-C's faculty of veterinary medicine, says research this year will include tents for some of the animals to see if it improves their quality of life.
