N.L. party leaders react to Liberal minority win

Newfoundland and Labrador elected a rare minority government Thursday night. Dwight Ball's Liberals squeaked by with a diminished seat count while Progressive Conservative Leader Ches Crosbie said he hopes to topple the government within a year.
