Feds, military apologize to victims of sexual misconduct

Defence Minister Anita Anand and chief of the defence staff Gen. Wayne Eyre apologized on behalf of the government and Canadian Armed Forces to victims of military sexual misconduct. Both acknowledged that victims have been repeatedly let down, and promised that this time will be different.
