Bank of Canada concerned about high inflation readings, Macklem says

The governor of the Bank of Canada says he is concerned about another month where headline inflation has come in above the central bank's comfort zone. Tiff Macklem says the bank's new mandate means it will act to rein in inflation, which in November rose at an annual rate of 4.7 per cent, which remains an 18-year high.
