Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the circumstances in Afghanistan are "heartbreaking" but Canada is facing challenges in processing refugees trying to flee the war-torn country. Trudeau said Wednesday the takeover of Afghanistan by the Taliban is making the situation "unbelievably difficult."
