Obit Rayfield Wright Football

FILE - Dallas Cowboys coach Tom Landry is carried off the field on the shoulders of players after they defeated the Miami Dolphins 24-3 to win the Super Bowl in New Orleans on Jan. 16, 1972. Among the players are Bob Hayes (22), Rayfield Wright (70) and Mel Renfro (20). Wright, the Pro Football Hall of Fame offensive tackle nicknamed “Big Cat” who went to five Super Bowls in his 13 NFL seasons with the Cowboys, has died. He was 76. Wright's family confirmed his death Thursday, April 7, 2022, to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. (AP Photo, File)
