Conservatives demand approval, not aid package, for Teck Frontier

Federal Conservatives are demanding the Liberal government approve the $20.6-billion Teck Frontier oilsands project in northeastern Alberta, which is currently awaiting a decision from cabinet. The Liberals say the government is following the appropriate process and will decide on the project by the end of February.
