Trudeau promises 'consequences' for farms and processors not following COVID-19 rules

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada has strong rules to protect temporary foreign workers on farms from COVID-19 but in some cases they haven't been followed. After the COVID-19 death of a third foreign farm worker, 55-year-old Juan Lopez Chaparro, Trudeau promises punishments for employers caught flouting the requirements.
