Transport Minister Marc Garneau and the head of the Canadian Transportation Agency, Scott Streiner, talk about the new air passenger rights rules set to land. The first set of rules arrived in mid-July and the last set of rules will require airlines to compensate passengers for delays and cancellations, and seat families together at no extra cost.
