B.C. premier says pipeline will proceed

B.C. Premier John Horgan says the Coastal GasLink natural gas pipeline across much of northern B.C. will proceed despite protests. Horgan says the pipeline, which is part of LNG Canada's $40 billion liquefied natural gas export terminal project, has been granted approval by the courts and the rule of law applies.
