Alberta premier concerned about spike of COVID-19 cases

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says it seems some people aren't following public health guidelines to slow the spread of COVID-19.  New daily cases of the virus have been on an upswing in the province recently, particularly among young adults.  Alberta reported 141 new infections Tuesday and says 93 people are in hospital.
