B.C. premier tells those with American licence plates to take transit

B.C. Premier John Horgan says people who are driving in the province with American licence plates should take public transit or ride a bicycle if they're feeling harassed by people angry about the possibility of the spread of COVID-19. Horgan says he can't tell the public how to respond, although he asks people to be respectful.
